You will learn about:

  1. a good team
  2. the choice of supplies
  3. and the strategy

The team

You must know that you can trust everyone in your team. If you can not, then you have chosen the wrong people. It is advisable that they live in timezones which are not too far apart. And last, when the players have on average a higher a/d level, then you have a better chance to get through the instance. But even more important is, that you go with a complete team (9 players) !!

For every single player it is necessary to have (here) a minimum of 70 a/d and 40 magic or better. Also if you are one of the weaker player, you should also have 100 mana, that means you can restore 4-5 times. The carry capacity should be 480 or better.

A team leader is not really necessary. If everyone does, what helps the survival of the team, then you don't have to worry about that. In other words, altruistic behavior has a higher level of fitness Wink

The supplies

The basic concept is this: Take as many Health Essences & Spirit Potions as possible (16:5). Therefore minimize the weight of all other necessary stuff and leave the unnecessary in your storage.

I suggest:
steel armour or titanium armour, 2-3 Rostogol Stones, 1 Great sword of your choice, one light sword (e.g. serp), 10-20 dis-rings

Optional items:
...

As I meantioned before, a leader is not necessary. But you need one player who knows what everyone brings. Some people cant can't get it right and waste emu. That's why i like to see screenshots from everyone's inventory to make sure that the team is prepared. I mentioned before that you need a complete team. The reason is simple. When you can not bring enough supplies in the instance, you can not continue. It's a big annoyance if you have the last monster on half health and must give up without getting the main drop !
I will later show, how you can make screenshots easily and load them up.
And last to mention, you will need to share things, not everyone can carry the same amount.

Something else...

If you want to use a map to map-walk or a mini-map, install a map first. Since Ver 1.90 there are (hopefully) no bugs in the map. The teams meets on a channel with maximum 9 players. Those who log in the channel later are ignored. No other channels can be open shortly before the party enters. Everyone checks his/her inventory and gives OK that he/she is ready. Only then someone will talk to the NPC.

Strategy

To make it simple, attack only one monster with everyone at a time.
Someone is always taking the hits. The trick is that we also want to give the monster as much damage as possible. They have lots of health and that means that you want to do it quickly before suffering too much damage (as a team). Therefore , it does not make sense if there are three ppl fighting one monster and wasting HE&SR while all others need to recover mana! Dis, wait for the others to recover and attack together.

And one last thing, I become very angry when ppl are ignorant and think they can do it alone ! It's against the team spirit and you are using every ones supplies.

If you have something to add, make a replay or pm me. Thx
Kind regards , Solar Preparation for instance Star3

Here is how you make screenshots:

for Windows you can use Lightscreen link
for Linux you can use shutter link

Drag a frame on your screen and make sure you get a JPG image. Then upload it to some host. For example www.tinypic.com or www.picasa.com

You can also use GIMP gimp.org to make a screenshot and crop it to the area of interest (inventory). Safe it as JPG ! and upload it.
