The Constitution

§1
Eos is an honorable guild.
The guild consists of the members who can become officers, and the guild-master.
The guild master is holding rank 20 and of less importance. He or She is also an officer.
There has to be one officer for every 4-8 guild members. All officers make up the guild council.

§2
Changes and innovations to the guild rules can be suggested by any member. The guild council will vote, if the suggestion will become a guild rule. For that purpose, the vote of the council must be concordant. If an officer did not log in for ten days, then he/she is counted absent and the council is complete without him/her.
Guild rules must be followed by all members and they will be executed by the officers.

§3
The guild master is allowed to visit another guild on seven sequent days. After that period of time, the GM must take his/her place again. All members are invited to follow the GM and will return on the same day as the GM. The visiting members can ignore all Eos guild rules during that time but adapt to the rules of the guild that they visit.

§4
All guild members start with rank 10. Disobeying the rules can lead to loss of rank or removal from the guild.
The Constitution stands above all guild rules. It was created by a wise founder and it can not be changed.
The Constitution and the guild rules must not contradict each other.
