| Ready for the next lesson ? Today you will learn about the storage , bags and trading.
Its time that you go and explore more maps. White Stone (WS) is only safe during daylight from 0:30 to 3:30 game-time. The gargoyles are night active and they like to eat newbies. 
Desert Pines (DP) is also safe for you to explore. You get there by using ships. You walk to the docks on Isla Prima (IP) and click on the flag. That's how you travel with ships. If you should ever get lost on the way, use the #beam me up command.
If a map has a storage then you can see a brown dot on the map. To open your storage, you need to walk to the NPC and talk to him / her. You can use a storage any time and put the items which you have in your inventory (ctrl.key & I) in it. Later you can retrieve the items from any other storage. This means, you have only one storage. Once an item is in the storage it wont disappear. You find it under the category to which it belongs.
When you opened your inventory, you will see a new window. To exchange items between your inventory (inv) and your storage (sto), you simply grab them and drop them. Right-click on the item until you see the right cursor and then left-click to do it.
It works the same way, you would exchange items with a bag and your inventory. Yes, you can not only pick bags up, but also put new items in the bag. We call this refreshing a bag. Please remember this. It is very important. The server cleans the map from bags that are older then 8-12 minutes. So after a certain time, the bag will just "poof" and the items in it are lost. Forever.
So much about bags. Now you can pick up many items at a time. For that, you need to click on a different number at the bottom of your inventory. Notice that you can even input your own numbers! For that, you right-click it, erase the number in it, edit the new number and hit enter. To restore the original number, simply erase the field and hit enter.
Every item has a certain emu. Emu is the unit of weight in EL. How do you trade something with a player that you can not carry ? The solution: You trade directly at storage. Both of you must stand in range of the NPC. When you trade, by clicking on the player, it is possible to send it sto > sto . When you receive something during the trade at storage, then you will see 'sto' over the item. This means it goes directly into your storage and not in your inventory ! You can deselect this options by left-clicking on the item.
